Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Strong planning, organization, and project management skills including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to maintain in a fast-paced environment with a high energy level and be able to handle stress, and calmly respond to crisis situations. Must be able to lift and /or carry such articles as training supplies, files, and records. Must be able to drive to various sites. Hours are 8:00 am 4:30 pm. Must be able to work additional hours when needed.
