Role: HR Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our client's team in Albuquerque, NM:
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.
- Collaborate with management to strategize and execute workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
