Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with associates to foster a supportive and trusting work environment.
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs, create strategies, and implement solutions.
- Assist managers with performance evaluations and support associate development.
- Simplify complex situations for associates, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address and investigate personnel issues as needed.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Travel to assigned branch locations approximately every 1-2 weeks.
What you need for this position:
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong internal customer service mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Experience with recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ADP WorkForce Now and JazzHR.
