This role is responsible for aiding in the administration of employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, and compliance actions for staff and student employees. Additionally, the HR Associate serves as a liaison between HR and new staff, conducts background checks, maintains records, conducts audits, oversees the performance evaluation cycle, and manages parking allocations.
