Job Overview:

Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations. Most employees are housekeeping, i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison, in addition to employees with disabilities. Maintain a solid emotional state, show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality. Higher than HR Asst, have some TA exp, Office 365, TEAMS, Attend Ops Safety Meetings.



Qualifications:

Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations, personnel matters

Talent Acquisition /Interview skills

Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance

Be positive and present for employees full-time and be willing to talk to and encourage employees

Must have:
