Job Title:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated File Clerk with HR experience to organize and maintain HR files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize physical employee records. Review file documents for compliance, remove unnecessary documents, and upload documentation into HRIS systems.
• Support file audits and HR documentation needs.
• Requirements: HR compliance knowledge or experience in a filing/admin role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
