Are you an HR pro with a passion for excellence? Want to work in-office with an exciting team building the next generation of commercial and residential building products?
Join us as the Director of Human Resources and help drive our mission to deliver top-notch building products.
What You'll Do:
~ Lead all the recruiting, hiring, training, and supporting employees
~ Manage and process all weekly payroll
~ Track and Manage all the PTO
~ Oversee all the employee benefits
~ Assist with 401K and IRA presentations and employee education
~ Ensure compliance with Federal and State legal requirements
~ Conduct employee interviews, onboarding, and training
~ Manage drug testing, background checks, and DOT records
~ Develop and update employee compensation strategies
~ Resolve employee issues and conflicts
What We're Looking For:
~ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
~ 5+ years of HR experience; preferably in a a manufacturing and/or construction background
~ Skilled in conflict management, leadership, process improvement, and strategic planning
~ Familiarity with Paycor or similar HR software is a plus
~ Excellent communication and influence skills
