The Role: This isn’t just any HR position. We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate leader who will be the heart and soul of our employee experience. You’ll roll up your sleeves and partner with our Administrator to create and nurture a culture that infuses joy, meaning, and fun into every aspect of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engagement Champion: Lead initiatives that elevate employee engagement, making sure every team member feels heard, valued, and part of the Highlight Healthcare family.

• Social Media Maven: Use your creativity and social media expertise to share our vibrant company culture and core values, showcasing who we are and what we stand for.

• Chief JMF (Joy, Meaning, and Fun) Officer: Make work feel like a place people want to be. Organize activities, events and processes that inspire positivity, foster connections, and build pride in being part of our team.

• Recruitment and Retention Guru- Guide the employee through the entire hiring process from recruitment, onboarding, retention, managing employee relations, including corrective actions and improvement plans

• Administrative Expert- Ensuring compliance as it relates to hiring and continued employment of facility staff, payroll and timekeeping administration, OSHA reporting

Qualifications:

• Proven Nursing Home experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining employee engagement and positive culture.

• Strong expertise in social media management, with a keen eye for curating content that reflects an authentic company culture.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration.

• Ability to organize, plan, and execute activities that are impactful and memorable.

• A sense of humor and a passion for bringing joy to the workplace!
