The Role: This isn’t just any HR position. We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate leader who will be the heart and soul of our employee experience. You’ll roll up your sleeves and partner with our Administrator to create and nurture a culture that infuses joy, meaning, and fun into every aspect of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Champion: Lead initiatives that elevate employee engagement, making sure every team member feels heard, valued, and part of the Highlight Healthcare family.
Social Media Maven: Use your creativity and social media expertise to share our vibrant company culture and core values, showcasing who we are and what we stand for.
Chief JMF (Joy, Meaning, and Fun) Officer: Make work feel like a place people want to be. Organize activities, events and processes that inspire positivity, foster connections, and build pride in being part of our team.
Recruitment and Retention Guru- Guide the employee through the entire hiring process from recruitment, onboarding, retention, managing employee relations, including corrective actions and improvement plans
Administrative Expert- Ensuring compliance as it relates to hiring and continued employment of facility staff, payroll and timekeeping administration, OSHA reporting

Qualifications:
Proven Nursing Home experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining employee engagement and positive culture.
Strong expertise in social media management, with a keen eye for curating content that reflects an authentic company culture.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration.
Ability to organize, plan, and execute activities that are impactful and memorable.
A sense of humor and a passion for bringing joy to the workplace!
