HR Manager

The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the corporate business strategy. This role bridges management and employee relations, manages the recruitment process, and fosters a culture that supports financial objectives through human capital development. The HR Director will develop HR strategies, systems, and procedures, ensure a positive work environment, oversee performance appraisal systems, assess and monitor training needs, and ensure legal compliance in HR management.

Job Details:

• Competitive salary: $98K+

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

• Opportunity to lead special projects and initiatives
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

• Address management and employee relations, including grievances and demands.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.

• Foster a culture that supports financial objectives through engagement and motivation.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.

• Nurture a positive working environment.

• Oversee and manage a high-performance appraisal system.

• Assess and monitor training programs.

• Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.

• Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management.

• Adapt schedule to business demands, allowing for work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.

• People-oriented and results-driven.

• Experience with human resources metrics.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

• Strategic thinking and leadership skills.

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
