HR Manager
The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the corporate business strategy. This role bridges management and employee relations, manages the recruitment process, and fosters a culture that supports financial objectives through human capital development. The HR Director will develop HR strategies, systems, and procedures, ensure a positive work environment, oversee performance appraisal systems, assess and monitor training needs, and ensure legal compliance in HR management.
Job Details:
Competitive salary: $98K+
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
Address management and employee relations, including grievances and demands.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Foster a culture that supports financial objectives through engagement and motivation.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a high-performance appraisal system.
Assess and monitor training programs.
Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management.
Adapt schedule to business demands, allowing for work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
