Responsibilities:
- Be the project leader: You'll oversee all aspects of implementing our new HR system, Workday. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring everyone involved is on the same page.
- Work closely with different teams: You'll collaborate with experts from HR and IT to make sure the new system meets everyone's needs.
- Develop clear plans: You'll create a roadmap for implementing the system and manage any potential issues that arise along the way.
- Become an expert on the new system: You'll be a key user of Workday, helping others learn the system and troubleshoot any problems.
- Analyze data and share insights: You'll stay up-to-date on trends in HR and use data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Have at least 7 years experience with leading a Workday HRIS implementation
- Experience with Project Management tools
- Data Analytics Certification Preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
