About the Job
Summary: Looking for an HR Data Analyst with experience in SAP and data analytics to manage end-to-end reporting.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related field
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, systems analysis, or related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP
Ability to respond under tight deadlines and prioritize deliverables
Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Job Responsibilities:
Elicit reporting requirements from stakeholders
Extract data from various sources for clear reporting
Manage recurring and ad hoc reports requests
Develop knowledge of the HR and Laboratory data landscape
Become expert on SAP Reporting Analytics tool
Adapt reporting format and data representation for audience comprehension
Monitor data quality and work on reducing systemic issues
Streamline and automate reports; comfortable with various data delivery methods
Educate stakeholders on reporting self-service options.
Pay Details: $56.00 to $75.00 per hour
