Responsibilities:
- Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provides real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Escalate complex issues, where applicable.
- Processes employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines.
- Maintains appropriate documentation and record of HR-related cases in HR Help Desk.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree requires 1 or more yard of HR and/or customer support experience.
- No degree requires 3 or more years of HR and/or customer support experience.
- Basic Knowledge or HR Solutions.
