Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Tampa, FL is currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Job Title: HR Coordinator / HYBRID WORK
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Tampa, FL
Hybrid Work: 2-3 days/week onsite

Job Description:
HR Coordinator - Separations
Summary:
The HR Coordinator (Separations) is responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery of HR services related to separations and restructuring and other duties as assigned.
The HR Coordinator (Separations) will work in close partnership with the Core HR Service Team in the handling of all transactional systems and processes.
This includes the timely and accurate processing of off-boarding activities for colleagues.
In this role, the HR Coordinator will be part of a team that ensures HR policies, processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across the company.
Responsibilities:
Handle timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to termination events
Support successful colleague off-boarding
Ensure data integrity for all HR systems and databases within the required Compliance framework
Synthesize various reports using MS Excel or similar
Provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.)
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of 1+ years working experience
Experience in managing highly confidential sensitive data and record retention
High attention to detail (red lining docs, auditing)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams)
Time management skills
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Experience in risk identification preferred
Termination/Separation experience preferred
Compliance/audit and process optimization skills preferred
System experience preferred in the following systems: Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office SharePoint
Hours:
This is a hybrid position in Tampa, FL; candidates will be required to report onsite 2-3 days per week (days onsite may vary depending on deliverables)
