Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. This role involves managing employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, assisting in benefits administration, and coordinating HR activities to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases for accurate tracking of personnel information.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee events, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR filing systems and employee documentation.
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
