Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time), In office Mon, Wed, Thurs, Remote Tues & Fri
Job Summary: The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the human resources and corporate office team including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, HR-related administrative projects, and other company-wide administrative initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance of internal employee files, training records, and other human resources file and data tracking.
- Make photocopies; mail, scan, and email documents; and perform other clerical functions.
- Provide administrative support on human resources projects and tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Manage the accuracy of data within the HRIS and other systems used.
- Administer benefits programs, including assisting with benefits enrollment for new hires and the annual open enrollment process.
- Be an employee ambassador; assisting with employment verifications, resetting HRIS passwords, answering general inquiries and proudly communicating the incentives of the company and initiatives of the HR team.
- Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge to help employees perform at their best.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to better leverage technology and help the HR team scale.
- Handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, snack, marketing material, ordering lunch, and swag.
- Assist in fulfilling requests for travel, hotel, and transportation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of HR.

Education and Experience:
- Pursuing or acquired bachelors degree or equivalent staffing experience
- 1-2 years human resources experience preferred.
- Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus.
- Prior HRIS experience preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, SharePoint)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
