As a Human Resource Coordinator/Executive Assistant, you will provide HR support to the HR functions and offer high-level administrative support to our President and General Manager. You will handle information requests and perform clerical functions. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. You will ensure the accuracy of people's data, support transactions, and answer first-line HR queries. You will carry out HR administration, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
+ Ensure accuracy of people's data and support HR transactions.
+ Answer first-line HR queries and provide HR support.
+ Handle information requests and perform clerical functions.
+ Provide high-level administrative support to the President and General Manager.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements across multiple countries and time zones.
+ Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.
+ Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
+ Manage the Group President's calendar and schedule appointments.
+ Organize meetings and take minutes.
+ Conduct research, proofread, prepare reports, and assist with special projects as needed.
+ Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
+ Coordinate HR programs and initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
+ Assist the wider team in executing HR programs, projects, events, recruitment, compensation, and compliance matters.
Essential Skills
+ Proven track record in HR coordination, Executive Assistant or related field.
+ Knowledgeable about HR policies and procedures.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Approachable and easy to talk to, building rapport well and being a good listener.
+ Intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions.
+ Self-aware and willing to reflect critically on opportunities for self-improvement.
+ Builds trusting relationships by being transparent and acting with integrity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience coordinating travel arrangements across multiple countries and time zones.
+ Ability to maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.
+ General administrative support experience within an HR department.
+ Experience managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
+ Skilled in organizing meetings and taking minutes.
+ Strong research, proofreading, and report preparation skills.
+ Ability to assist with special projects as needed.
+ Capable of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
+ Experience coordinating HR programs and initiatives.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Mukilteo. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity in all HR functions.
