- BS/BA with strong academic record or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of related experience
- Demonstrated client-service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information
- Ability to prioritize tasks as necessary and resolve matters in a timely fashion.
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with systems, customer service, and experience working in HR or related field
