GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Vivo Infusion is seeking an HR Coordinator based in our Lakewood, CO office and who is interested in the hybrid work model. This position is critical to several important HR support functions including job postings, recruitment, team member onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding, coordination of the performance review process, implementation of benefits programs, coordination of the referral program, and providing general support to the HR team as needed.
The ideal candidate is a versatile, organized, outgoing, system-savvy, self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with others. This person will be a first point of contact for applicants and new hires, serving as a window to our Vivo culture and who will own and shepherd all things related to our onboarding and offboarding processes. This person is a strong communicator and collaborator who is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and who recognizes the importance of discretion and privacy. The ability to organize people and processes, drive outcomes and assess business needs, both immediate and longer term, is important. This person must have a proven track record of achieving goals, meeting deadlines, operating with discretion, monitoring, and measuring work and delivering improvements is essential. The ability to anticipate and recognize needs, and apply novel solutions is desirable.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordination of all recruiting and job posting activities using the ATS, Clear Company. This includes sourcing, ensuring job descriptions are current and accurate, and meeting established target goals to drive the business.
• Coordination of all pre-employment requisites and activities, to include, but not limited to, pre-employment background checks and drug screens, E-Verify, name badges, license and credential verification, and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Ownership of all onboarding activities for new hires. This includes coordinating and hosting Onboarding Welcome events, coordination of benefits and general orientation. This includes post-hire activities to include 30-day and 90- day check-in surveys.
• Coordination of all off-boarding activities, including Exit Interviews, turnover reporting and analysis, and processing of termination employee event activities in the system (Paylocity). Coordination with cross-functional business partners a must. Accuracy and timeliness a must.
• Compliant administration and record-keeping of employee files. Highly organized and accurate.
• Supporting members of the HR team with various projects and tasks to ensure Specific Measurable Goals (SMGs) are met and exceeded.
• Work in a support capacity on the HR team and in a cross-functional capacity related to special projects and business requests.
• Manage systems workflows related to the above-mentioned responsibilities to ensure accurate status and to drive outcomes to meet deadlines and SMGs.
• Provide weekly updates to established performance metrics; identify and address barriers or issues in a proactive manner.
• Assist with special projects such as Open Enrollment, Culture and Engagement activities, Performance Reviews, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, innovate, bring people together and stay organized and accurate.
• Produce high-quality outcomes while juggling multiple projects and work demands.
• Impactful written and verbal communication with the ability to ‘know your audience’. Accurately and effectively exchange information and communicate across multiple channels and platforms in a timely manner with co-workers, candidates, vendors, and consultants.
• Ability to articulate policies and procedures; demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills by taking steps to answer questions and address issues before they become problems. Offer constructive solutions and efficient responses to employee inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience desired, preferably in the healthcare space. Basic knowledge of HR principles and the necessity for confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience, Professional credentials such as aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP a plus.
• MS Office at intermediate level, various virtual platforms (Teams preferred), Clear Company and Paylocity experience a plus.
• Experience using ATS and working in HRM a must.
• Experience with Adobe and creating fillable forms and documents.
• Ability to run reports, interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate and get things done.
• Prior experience recruiting, sourcing talent, coordinating, and delivering orientation and onboarding of new hires a must; administration of benefits and performance management a plus.
• Passion for people, culture, engagement, and business strategy. Ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done. Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach.
• In tune with and/or past experience developing and delivering best practices and is seen as an early adopter.
• Past payroll experience a plus. The ideal candidate will serve as a payroll back-up and support to the Payroll and HRIS Manager.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The employee is frequently required to sit and infrequently required to stand, lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk and talk, climb stairs, and hear. Requires excellent visual dexterity and manual dexterity. Job Location: 1726 Cole Boulevard, Lakewood, CO Corporate Office – Hybrid Model; at least 3 days in the office.
