They are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to support their HR team with HRIS administration, onboarding, and employee engagement. Job Description:
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team by administering the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate data management, and assisting with employee-focused initiatives. This role will also contribute to enhancing HR processes as the company implements Paylocity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS system (Paylocity), managing data entry, reporting, and system updates.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, coordinating new hire paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
- Support benefits administration, handling enrollments, updates, and vendor communication.
- Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, and company policies.
- Generate reports to assist with compliance and HR projects.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to implement programs such as training, engagement, and performance management.
- Perform general administrative support for HR as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years in an HR support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Paylocity is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Education and Industry: Open to various educational backgrounds and industries.
