**Job Summary:**
Unicoi State Park & Lodge, managed by Coral Hospitality, is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, working closely with the General Manager, Property Controller, and Regional Human Resources Director. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for individuals with prior HR experience and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in Human Resources preferred, with recruiting and employee retention experience as a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
- Recruit top talent for the organization.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure completeness.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage applicant flow log/data.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct job reference checks, and schedule new hire processing.
- Process background reports, verify completion of new hire paperwork including E-Verify and I-9 processing.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and supply company uniforms.
- Coordinate performance evaluation program and Employee of the Month program.
- Complete HR Quarterly Report and conduct monthly new hire orientations.
- Assist with special projects and employee relations programs.
- Maintain communication boards and keep Regional HR Director informed of relevant activities.
- Fulfill reasonable requests by management effectively.

Compensation: $18 - $19 per hour plus benefits.
