As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations with the goal of enhancing candidate experience. You will support the HSB Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination of recruiting activities including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews as well as communication with candidates and hiring managers. As the HR Coordinator you will also support with the implementation of programs, policies and practices that impact the overall HSB HR team. We will turn to you to assist with identifying areas of opportunity and take action to streamline Talent Acquisition and HR processes. You will also collaborate across HR functions including regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, benefits, payroll, compensation and the HR service center.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
+ High School diploma or equivalent is required
+ Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is preferred
+ 3+ years’ working experience
Knowledge and Skills:
+ Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work all levels within the organization
+ Ability to learn and navigate complex Applicant Tracking System processes
+ Strong ability to manage multiple Outlook calendars with accuracy
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good customer service skills
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
+ Strong Organizational skills
+ Time management skills
