Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, setting up workflow processes, managing response templates for candidate communication, ensuring timely responses to all applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Compliance Management: Stay informed on federal and state employment laws and regulations, manage poster compliance across all Bison locations, and collaborate with field administrators as needed.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding activities by setting up new hires in Paycom, sending welcome emails and paperwork, completing the onboarding checklist, organizing company swag, taking photos if not already in Paycom, arranging workspaces, coordinating badge distribution, conducting first-day tours, and working with the Field Office Administrator to allocate company truck keys as needed.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Assist with updating, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance, including annual handbook and policy reviews.
- Performance Review Coordination: Support backend setup and testing for performance review logistics.
- Employee Training: Assist with employee training initiatives, including preparing safety training packets for applicable new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment, assist with open enrollment planning and communication, ensure timely enrollment for new hires, and serve as a contact for benefit-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR Coordination or administration
