Your day to day as a HR Coordinator (caregivers) Bilingual English/Spanish
As a new HR Coordinator (Caregivers) at Xtreme Care, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment that supports your growth in the healthcare sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing caregiver recruitment processes, conducting onboarding and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to our diverse staff. You'll regularly communicate with caregivers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure they have the resources needed for success.
Additionally, you will assist in maintaining personnel records, coordinating performance evaluations, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance while contributing to our mission of excellence in caregiving.
