Job Summary:
The HR Compliance Specialist supports the HR Compliance team and department in ensuring the organization fulfills its compliance responsibilities across various HR functions. This role involves supporting the implementation, monitoring, and auditing of compliance programs, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The HR Compliance Specialist will work across departments to gather and share information, address compliance-related inquiries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Job Function:- Conduct detailed reviews of Form I-9s to ensure compliance with USCIS requirements for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Oversee the distribution and posting of labor law posters to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, and conduct regular audits to address any issues.
- Manage the administration of online compliance training programs, including course assignment, tracking completion rates, and generating compliance reports.
- Assist in collection of workforce and applicant data to prepare and submit Annual Affirmative Action Plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR Compliance inboxes, responding to inquiries, providing guidance, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
- Assist in the monitor and tracking changes in laws and regulations, assess their impact on the organization, and communicate relevant updates and recommendations to the HR Compliance Manager.
- Maintain a repository of up-to-date compliance resources and materials to support decision-making.
- Assists in development and implementation of company-wide HR compliance policies, programs, and functions.

- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEO, USCIS Form I-9 requirements) preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train, collaborate, and build relationships with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, notably strong excel skills.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement both short- and long-term compliance and HR goals.
- Skilled in producing technical documentation, such as HR compliance reports, metrics, and other related documents.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
