Summary:
The HR Business Partner Sr provides human resources consultation and support to a significant and/or multiple business units and/or regions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will primarily support the Corporate Operations and Transformation teams along with other areas in Technology and/or Enterprise Payments.
- Uses knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical and strategic HR support to identified segment managers.
- Consults with segment management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the segment's business needs.
- Partners strategically with HR Centers of Expertise, including Compensation & Benefits to ensure that total rewards strategy provides motivational outcomes necessary to support a high performance/high engagement work environment.
- Partners with Employee Relations Consultants to resolve employee relations and legal issues.
- Partners with HR Services to provide accurate and timely Human Capital metrics & analysis for effective management of HR issues that affect the business profitability.
- Plays key role in Change Management – helping to position for growth and scalability.
- Manages HR communications within assigned business segments to enhance understanding and optimal usage of HR programs and initiatives.
- Facilitates effective messaging so that message of Inclusion permeates at all levels within the company and a part of the culture.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources; Employee Relations and HR Business Partner experience strongly preferred; some technical background/knowledge a plus
