SUMMARY
Work remote or hybrid (office in Traverse City)
Hours for this role are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Under the direction of the System Director HR Strategy, Employee & Labor Relations, the HRBP Service Center Coordinator serves as the primary intake for all human resource related questions and concerns for MHC. After intake the HRBP Service Coordinator answers all level 1 questions or triages to the appropriate HR Director or Manager. Additional primary duties include daily management of the system HR email inbox, system personnel/compliance audits, scanning, processing of HR corrective actions and other HR work as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field or 4 years of experience in progressive human resource, clerical or office experience required.
Demonstrated work experience and ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
Demonstrated and proven excellent communication and organizational awareness skills, advanced computer skills
