Our client, an integrated creative engagement agency that cultivates and grows quantifiable, results-driven creativity, is looking for an HR BUSINESS PARTNER who will play a critical role in aligning the organization's people strategy with its business objectives. As an HR Business Partner, you will create a comprehensive and effective performance management system that aligns with their organizational goals, ensures consistency and fairness, promotes employee development, and enhances communication and data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with line managers, serving as a strategic partner, change agent, and people champion. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of performance management, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Performance Management Expertise:
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Knowledge of best practices and current trends in performance management.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify commonalities and differences across various programs.
- Proficiency in developing data-driven recommendations for standardizing processes.
- Process Mapping and Tool Identification:
- Experience in creating overarching process maps that integrate performance management practices across multiple programs.
- Ability to identify and select appropriate tools and technologies for executing the performance management process.
- Digital Integration:
- Experience in proposing and implementing digital solutions for performance management.
- Familiarity with performance management software and digital tools.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills to engage with teams, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for proposed processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project Management:
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze gathered data to identify common factors and major differences across programs.
- Develop recommendations for a universal performance management process.
- Review and refine the proposed process with teams to ensure feedback and buy-in.
- Create an overarching process map and identify necessary tools.
- Propose digital integration solutions for the performance management process.
- Plan resource requirements for a successful rollout.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP. Certification in performance management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance management roles.
- Strong knowledge on employment laws, regulations and best practices in the USA.
- Excellent communication coaching and consulting skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proficient in workforce analytics and data-driven decision making
- English level: Bilingual or Native.
