About the Job
We are partnering with a PE-backed manufacturing device company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. The HRBP will support a major business segment, driving both strategic initiatives and handling day-to-day HR operations. As an HR Business Partner, you will be integral to the HR team, partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with our mission and strategy. You'll handle a mix of strategic and transactional HR responsibilities, from organizational design and talent planning to employee relations.
Location: Peabody, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: 9/80 schedule—9-hour days with every other Friday off. Currently, the policy requires 100% onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to address talent and organizational issues, including employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding, focusing on exempt professional and management roles; coach managers on recruitment and interviewing best practices.
- Serve as a key contact for employees, managing day-to-day employee relations and addressing HR-related inquiries.
- Lead change management initiatives in alignment with our company mission, strategy, and culture.
- Develop and implement talent strategies that promote diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
- Drive company-wide programs and initiatives such as Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Recognition, Talent Development, and Succession Planning.
- Participate in team and organizational projects and manage additional responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist or HRBP, with a strong emphasis on business partnering and generalist knowledge in areas like employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, and compensation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations; multi-state experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Base salary: $135,000 - $150,000 plus a 10% bonus.
