About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic support to leaders, championing initiatives in Talent Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Design. Your expertise will help create a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with leaders to support talent development, performance management, organizational change, and design.
- HR Initiatives: Own and implement HR projects and processes that align with best practices and support our international expansion.
- Leadership Development: Coach and develop leaders to build leadership capabilities and improve team dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work with HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.) to design and implement relevant programs.
- Policy Management: Oversee policies to ensure HR best practices are maintained and continuously improved.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR metrics to assess performance and create strategies for improvement.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Support recruitment, global mobility, and workforce planning initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement: Conduct employee surveys, analyze data, and implement programs to enhance engagement and support business priorities.
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues and ensure timely, best-practice resolutions.
- Inclusion Initiatives: Actively contribute to engagement programs that foster inclusion, belonging, and align with our values.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven track record in a Business Partner role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working at a technology company is required.
- Extensive experience in benefits management and compensation grading is required.
- Strong background in handling employee relations, especially within the U.S.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent active listening, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach.
- Solutions-oriented and people-driven, with a track record of delivering results.
