HR Business Partner
Our partner is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with their leadership team and drive key HR initiatives that align with business objectives and support the organizational growth.
Job Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior management and department leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Talent Management:
- Work with managers to identify talent needs, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication.
- Organizational Development:
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, such as team-building, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze employee data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational performance.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure that HR practices and policies are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's values and strategic goals.
- Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management strategies and communication plans.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support change and drive adoption.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on key HR topics and performance indicators.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., recruitment, compensation, benefits) to ensure a cohesive HR approach.
- Provide support and coaching to HR team members and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proven 3+ year's experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
