Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high caliber and diverse workforce.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong awareness of morale, employee engagement, and company culture.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
2. People-oriented and results-driven, with demonstrable experience managing HR metrics.
3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
7. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
8. Experience in the Consumer Goods and/or Engineering industry preferred.
9. Demonstrated ability to provide HR insights that drive strategic decision-making.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
11. Demonstrated experience as a trusted resource with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
