HR Business Partner/Emp Relations at ITAC Solutions

ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Employee Relations Specialist for a great company in the Birmingham, AL area.

Days/Hours: Monday thru Friday 8-5

Onsite/Remote: Onsite

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Provide corporate HR support and advocacy for all employees
• Partner with company leaders to ensure that HR initiatives and programs are successfully implemented and executed
• Provide expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management
• Assess current policies/procedures and make improvements as needed
• Work closely with company senior management
• Travel to other corporate locations in the southeast (up to 25%, mostly 1 day trips)

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 5+ years of Human Resources/Employee Relations experience
• HRIS expertise
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
• SHRM or HRCI certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
• Strong attention to detail
• BS degree (preferably in a related field)
