HR Business Partner - PrideStaff

Our client in the  East Hanover, NJ  area is looking for an HR Business Partner  for a direct hire position.

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping to align human resources practices and initiatives with organizational goals. They will work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance through effective people management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of human resource experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems, Paylocity, ADP or similar systems.
