Position Summary
As an Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a champion of Client culture and values, working directly with our business leaders to assess talent, navigate change, and build organizations for the future. The successful person is learning agile and able to deal with ambiguity while translating complex issues into clear and coherent solutions. The ideal candidate plays a senior role in HR providing strategic direction and guidance to the functions they support as well as to the HR centers of excellence.
As the business partner, you must demonstrate a strong business acumen as well as functional knowledge of all aspects of human resources management. You will serve as a single resource supporting the departments, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and development strategies to ensure that the organization can attract, develop, and retain the breadth of talent necessary to drive the department s future business success.
The candidate will forge strong and trusted relationships with clients and colleagues across Client to:
" Deliver solutions that enable and support the business success.
" Drive the development and use of analytics to support data-driven business decisions and outcomes.
" Implement and promote HR programs and practices that align with Client business strategy, vision, and objectives.
" Identify business challenges/needs and translate then into people strategies that support and reinforce the Human Capital Strategy and employee value proposition. Also work with the broader HR team and help develop and implement major HR initiatives and share best practices.
Specific Responsibilities
" Partner with assigned business line and other areas of HR to ensure coordinated and consistent delivery of all HR programs and services.
" Establish strong and trusted relationships to effectively partner with the business and colleagues across the globe.
" Foster an inclusive workplace through demonstrated behaviors aligned with Client values.
" Provide coaching and partnering to business leaders, driving a values-based, high-performance culture.
" Help to develop well-rounded retention strategies and focus on career pathing, promoting a compelling and competitive value proposition for staff at all levels.
" Support performance management processes, annual performance reviews, talent review, succession planning, compensation, promotion cycle, and employee development in the assigned function
" Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to drive an understanding of factors that contribute to the organizational health of assigned client groups.
" Proactive partner with the business on complex organizational challenges and manage people-related solutions.
" Partner with Business Leadership and HR team to ensure consistency in approach, message, and execution using proven tools in line with competency model.

Qualifications
" Minimum of 8+ years of experience
" Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience

" Broad knowledge of HR policies and practices, with the capability to influence without formal authority by building positive working relationships and partnerships.
" Strong facilitation and coaching skills, along with the ability to balance being analytical and fact-based with being people focused.
