Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with management to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
2. Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
3. Implementing and overseeing HRIS systems to ensure efficient and seamless HR operations.
4. Conducting document verification for new hires and existing employees in compliance with legal requirements.
5. Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude towards company goals.
6. Coordinating employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
7. Handling workplace disputes, conducting investigations and resolving any issues that arise.
8. Administering payroll and employee benefits and compensation, communicating with staff about these issues and advising management on needed actions.
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in recruiting and onboarding new hires.
3. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Document Verification, Employee Training, Employee Onboarding, Employee Relations, Interviewing, Payroll, and Employee Orientations.
4. Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
5. Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage workflows and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and a high level of trust.
