HR Business Partner - LaSalle Network

Our client, a global nutrition company located in Aurora, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their dynamic human resources team in a hybrid position. The HR Business Partner will focus on employee relations, organizational development, succession planning, coaching managers and implementing company-wide initiatives.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships across the organization and partner with management to effectively manage HR functions for internal stakeholders
• Address employee relations matters, from daily concerns to complex investigations
• Serve as a liaison between HR experts and internal teams, offering guidance on benefits, compensation, training and performance management
• Assist with organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and performance management systems
• Support change management efforts within the evolving organization
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and align with company goals
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management and talent acquisition
• Enhance workplace effectiveness by providing support to managers, leaders and employees

HR Business Partner Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Organizational Development is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to strategically plan and execute programs and projects
• A collaborative team player who is adaptable and comfortable with change
