Client - Major Financial Firm
Duration - 12 + Months (potential for extension)
Location - Tampa, FL 33610
Rate - $35.03/hr on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $52.55/hr)
Job Description:
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Work closely with HR Shared Services (HRSS), HR partners and Technology, in the planning and implementation of global technology projects
• Ensure the completion of the full end-to-end process methodology for each project; with focus on process improvement, service delivery and ensuring appropriate service control mechanisms are in place
• Represent various projects on operational and tactical system meetings providing feedback, answers and follow up, ensuring that accurate and detailed information is available when required.
• Develop effective change management and communication plans for projects as applicable.
• Define current state business processes, systems and organization structure for projects
• Provide input to the future state product offering, business processes, systems and organization structure for all projects
• Coordinate communications with internal customers and stakeholders across multiple projects and teams
• Manage small to medium projects or own work-streams within larger projects
Required Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, Operations, Human Resources or related area.
• Deep understanding of all phases of the Software Development Cycle and implementation of technology projects
• Have very good understanding of the Project Management Methodologies around but not limited to project planning and tracking, capturing risks and issues as well as preparation of power point presentations
• Extensive experience in projects or other shared services/administration function
• Extensive cross team collaboration and communication with seniors (1 or 2 levels up)
• Advanced experience in defining and mapping current state and to be processes
• Defining/reviewing detailed system requirements and developing requirement documentation
• Ability to influence and effect change in a large, diverse, multicultural organization, and proactively build relationships with key HR stakeholder
• Strong meeting organization / facilitation skills
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to execute on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Management Project Tool (LPMT) preferred
• Knowledge of Lean/Client Lean preferred
• PMP preferred
