- Salary range: $65K - $75K annually depending on experience level
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (30-minute lunch)
- Location: St. Paul, MN (Newport area)- flexible with days in office (ask Recruiter for details but must live in Minnesota)

Job Duties:
HRIS System Administration:
- Oversee the implementation of new HRIS platforms or upgrades to existing systems, such as ADP Workforce Now.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring smooth operation for all users.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll, and time tracking.
- Design and implement efficient automated workflows and procedures to enhance HR operations.
- Coordinate system integrations between the HRIS and other business platforms, such as payroll and accounting systems.
