About the Job
CSEA, one of New York’s largest public employee unions, is seeking candidates for an in-person, challenging position to administer the health and welfare benefit plans and other related insurance programs for active employees and retirees of the employer; duties include processing enrollments/disenrollments, customer service and claims resolution, reconciling invoices, monitoring trends, administering self-funded prescription drug program, reporting to regulatory agencies, new employee onboarding and other administrative duties, as necessary. Associates Degree in Human Resources OR 2 years experience required in administering employee benefits and computer proficiency. Downtown Albany, NY office location. Salary range is $55,594 - $64,372 with excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, defined pension plan.
