Summary:
Supporting HR functions within the York, PA production facility.
Typical task breakdown:
- This role will support time and attendance in Workday - assisting work directors with time keeping for production workers, new hire orientation, manage HR inbox, support HR office hours, handle basic level reporting.
- Direct coordination with HR manager, HR operations specialist, front-line level leaders (floor supervisors), and leadership team.
Education & Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of HR or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel – basic to intermediate. Pivot tables, v-lookups).
- HRIS system
- Workday experience
Soft Skills:
- Great verbal and oral communication
- Someone who is patient and able to assist those who are unable to navigate systems and answer production employees’ questions (ex. Wokday, payroll, etc).
- Self- starter and motivated – this are a fast-past environment across all 3 shifts
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
