The HR Assistant will support the HR department with daily operations, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role will involve managing employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating training and development activities, and helping with benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of the HR team while learning about HR practices and procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to grow professionally in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or experience in an HR setting is a plus but not required.
