Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant:

• Assist with all documentation and due diligence for benefits enrollment. Directly communicate with staff regarding questions
• Full cycle recruitment
• Special projects such as automation of filing process, onboarding, creation of policies and procedures

Experience Preferred

• One year of HR or related experience, but very open to recent grads with an interest in HR!
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong attention to detail
