About the Job
Responsibilities
o Lead orientation to provide seamless transition for Expats new assignments
o Prepare for Expats arrival or departure
o Setup SSN, Driver’s License, Housing and community questions
o Expat payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now including ERP upload,
review/prepare year end tax returns, IRS payment SuccessFactors Administrator
o Maintain accuracy of data by performing audits and make necessary corrections
o Ensure integrity of employee data
o Ensure organization charts for all company's business units are accurate
Annual Goal Setting and Performance Management
oLead annual goal setting process and manage mid-year and end-of-year
process
oInitiate goal setting and performance templates in Success Factors as needed
o Roll out communication and launch of each process to Managers and
Employees setting expectations, completion and deadline
o Prepare and rollout training on each process
oTrack and ensure completion of each by deadline
o Manage Calibration of performance ratings according to T/O from HQ
o Track status and maintain reports when requested
HPI Process (Hi-Potential Individual Program)
o Provide comprehensive rollout of HPI Process
o Introduce program to Managers. Provide details of the program, goals,
outcomes and requirements for nominees.
o Review HPI materials with managers and nominees to ensure nominees
are fully apprised of the program
o Schedule interviews of nominees with Senior HR Leader
o Return information to HQ and follow up with nominees on their selection
or non-selection result Global Mobility Program
odentify Global Mobility Candidates from AMS sites
o Communicate with site Managers to determine suitable candidates:
o Share corporate materials with Managers to explain the
program in depth
o Return results to corporate on identified candidates Handle Vendor Registration process for HR
o Enter all vendor registrations required for approval in the system
Other responsibilities as assigned
Experience Requirements / Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
• 3-5 years' US Corporate HR experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist working
within a matrixed environment highly preferred
• Expert knowledge with SuccessFactors required. Must have hands-on
experience teaching/training users.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP_ERP), ADP.
• Adaptability and agility in dealing with diverse cultures
• Bilingual English/Korean is highly preferred
