About the Job
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by managing various HR tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HRIS, assisting with recruitment, and handling timekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Maintaining and reporting on HRIS.
- Assisting with recruitment processes.
- Providing timekeeping assistance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with HRIS (Paylocity experience is a plus).
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
