JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the employee provides human resources administrative support, records management, onboarding and related work as assigned.
Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prepares, maintains and updates human resources related files, (i.e. personnel, medical, drug testing, termination, investigation, etc.), maintains personnel records retention schedule, according to applicable state and federal laws
- Schedules new hire processing, (i.e. physical, drug & alcohol screening, lodging, meals, and required training)
- Conducts onboarding, (creates personnel files, I-9 verification, benefits packet, submits background checks and explains company policies and procedures)
- Enter employee information into HRIS system, (training, evaluations, KSA checklists, and disciplinary actions)
- Conducts monthly audits on competency assurance and performance management program for compliance
- Assist Travel Coordinator with travel arrangements for employees
- Assist employees with gaining access to UltiPro and updating employee information upon request
- Prepares human resources related files for archive as required
- Mail correspondence to employees as required
- Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of office/clerical experience.
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in oil & gas industry.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Most of the work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.
