HR Assistant- $54k- $58k - Ultimate Staffing Services

SUMMARY: The Human Resources Assistant-Receptionist supports HR functions and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of HR processes, strong administrative skills, and exceptional communication abilities. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

HR Support:

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation.
• Review insurance invoices.
• Organize employee events.

Reception Duties:

• Greet visitors and manage the front desk.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Handle mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.

Administrative Tasks:

• Support HR, Production, and Quality departments with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Manage office supplies.
• Ensure efficient communication across departments.
• Handle sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HR or business administration education is a plus.
• Experience in administrative or HR support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $54k-$58k annually
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (with flexibility)
• Location: In-office, Fond Du Lac, WI
