HR Assistant - 2nd Shift - Nesco Resource

About the Job
Schedule:
T his is an On-site position. While training, hours will be 8-5. Once the person is on their own their schedule will be 04:00 PM to midnight. Overtime is expected for this position usually about 5 hours a week.
Position Description:
Assist with plant scheduling
- Assist managing hourly workforce, job bid and training process
- Assist in tracking, reporting, and analyzing attendance and labor metrics
- Audit employee records for accuracy
- Assist with planning plant engagement activities, update employee files etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
1. Must be knowledgeable of HR practices
2. Have extensive knowledge of software applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Be proficient in typing, spelling, punctuation, grammar, general math, oral communication, and general computer skills.
4. Exercise good judgment, discretion, accuracy, organizational ability, initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Self-starter who can work able to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Excellent project and time management skills.
Experience Required:
2 Years of Experience
Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED
