HR Applicant Interview Specialist - CareSphere

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting applicant interviews, evaluating qualifications, and assisting with the recruitment process. This position requires bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with job applicants to assess skills and qualifications for open positions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate evaluations and interview outcomes.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including timely communication and updates.

• Assist in other HR tasks as needed, such as onboarding and employee documentation.

• Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking candidates and ensure they understand the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a must.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or interviewing preferred.

• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
