The HR Advisor is a crucial member of the HR team, serving as a process expert and key partner to our HR Business Partners. This role is designed to underpin the HR function with a solid foundation of data management, transaction handling, execution, and support. Skills for Success:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRD and HRBP inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
• Be proactive in delivering HR support to HRBPs and HRDs to enable strategic talent decisions
• Facilitate the implementation of talent-based actions within HR systems, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes
• Regularly track talent actions and manage the approval processes to maintain smooth talent management operations
• Assist the HRBP/HRD throughout the HR cycles, including talent review, succession planning, annual performance evaluations, and compensation cycles
• Oversee the management of new hire workforce requirements, including onboarding and integration into company culture and processes
• Conduct data analysis and compile reports that provide insights into HR metrics, aiding strategic decision-making

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in HR operations and familiarity with HR cycles and processes
• Strong understanding of HR systems and comfortable managing data and reports
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Preferred:

• Knowledge of applicable HR related laws and guidelines
• Working knowledge of employment law, interviewing/recruiting techniques, and basic HR functions
• Experience with Oracle HRIS
